保溫(wen)材(cai)料為硅酸(suan)(suan)鋁,是目前市場上保溫(wen)效果的(de),厚度大(da)約在80mm左右(you),為白色硅酸(suan)(suan)鋁棉,能有效的(de)保存(cun)烘干(gan)箱內(nei)的(de)熱量(liang)不(bu)被(bei)流(liu)失。具有自(zi)動恒溫(wen)、自(zi)動烘干(gan)、自(zi)動排濕、自(zi)動報警等優點(dian),明超(chao)機(ji)械讓用戶企業實現自(zi)動化(hua)管(guan)理,省卻了人工(gong)難管(guan)理,工(gong)作效率(lv)低等。海(hai)帶烘干(gan)箱為企業提(ti)高了工(gong)作效率(lv)。烘干(gan)房烘盤尺寸為460*640*45mm,行(xing)業內(nei)統一(yi)標(biao)準,烤(kao)盤采用食(shi)品(pin)級sus304不(bu)銹鋼制作,當(dang)然可以根據用戶需求,選(xuan)擇塑料盤和網盤,用戶可根據不(bu)同的(de)要求,選(xuan)擇適合(he)自(zi)己(ji)的(de)烤(kao)盤。
一般需(xu)要烤(kao)(kao)40分(fen)(fen)鐘(zhong),不過具(ju)體時間(jian)還需(xu)根據(ju)板栗(li)的多(duo)(duo)少以及烤(kao)(kao)箱的溫度(du)來決(jue)定。大(da)約(yue)200度(du)左右(you)烤(kao)(kao)30分(fen)(fen)鐘(zhong)即可,和烤(kao)(kao)紅(hong)薯的時間(jian)相差不大(da),若板栗(li)較(jiao)多(duo)(duo),火力較(jiao)低(di)的話,則需(xu)要酌(zhuo)情延長時間(jian),需(xu)烤(kao)(kao)到(dao)板栗(li)果(guo)肉發黃、散發香味、質地粉糯才算烤(kao)(kao)好,再(zai)烤(kao)(kao)栗(li)子之前機器需(xu)要先(xian)進(jin)行(xing)預熱,防(fang)止出現壞(huai)果(guo)的情況發生。
